At this rate, we could be in full collapse by early fall. If not, we will most certainly be seeing $200 a barrel by the end of the year or early next spring.
I'm looking forward to $5.50 a gallon gas. It'll be interesting to see how it shakes up the country. As they say "may you live in interesting times." They ain't that interesting yet.

Until it hurts the upper middleclass, I don't expect much other than grumbling from the masses.
Most americans have traded in their balls for a place in the nanny state.
"I got my big screen HDTV, my cold beer, and the game is on. Don't bug me with details"
And so we go further into the darkness, the sheeple selling their souls to the beast for a little percieved security, dragging us unwillingly with them through association.
